La Maison de la Mer is a real gem! Its location is perfect: wonderfully peaceful, yet within easy walking distance of the beach along a beautiful path through the vineyards of La Madrague.

The sandy beaches are fantastic, with plenty of options for sunbeds, drinks, and delicious lunches and dinners by the sea.

The house itself is spacious, beautifully designed and finished to an exceptionally high standard in every respect — style, comfort and luxury. The many different living areas, both inside and out, make the house feel incredibly special, with new corners to discover and enjoy throughout your stay. Everything is thoughtfully equipped and of excellent quality, making it easy to fully relax and enjoy this little piece of paradise.

The large swimming pool is definitely the heart of the house for the kids — they could happily spend all day in the water!

We will definitely be coming back. What a wonderful place to spend a holiday — we absolutely loved it!

Was für ein wirklich besonderer Ort, um als Familie zusammenzukommen. La Maison de la Mer hat uns mit offenen Armen empfangen, geräumig genug für drei Generationen unter einem Dach, und dabei voller ruhiger Ecken zum Zurückziehen, wenn man einen Moment für sich wollte.

Die Pergola, die Veranda und die Terrasse wurden zum Herzstück unseres Aufenthalts: morgens Kaffee unter der Pergola, mittags ausgedehnte Mahlzeiten im Schatten der Terrasse, tagsüber die planschenden Enkelkinder im Pool, und abends gemütliche Stunden auf der Veranda bei Sonnenuntergang. Alles am Haus wirkt durchdacht und mit Liebe gepflegt, von den wunderschön eingerichteten Schlafzimmern bis zu den kleinen Details, die uns wirklich zu Hause fühlen ließen – man spürt, dass hier mit echter Liebe gestaltet wurde.

Das Concierge-Team war während unseres Aufenthalts durchgehend hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar und gerne behilflich. Wir sind mit so vielen schönen Erinnerungen abgereist, und sprechen schon jetzt darüber, wann wir wiederkommen können.

Yes, there is private parking on the property, including a dedicated spot with a 22 kW charger for electric vehicles (coming soon).

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, indoors and on the terraces.

Yes, the kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, from everyday appliances to cookware, dishes and glassware for up to 8 guests.

Yes. Bed linen and bath towels are included via the Laundry & Linen service (€320 per stay) — beds are made up and towels are ready for your arrival.

We welcome one dog under 20 kg per stay. An additional cleaning fee of €150 applies — just let us know when booking, or add it directly in the calendar below.

Absolutely. With two children's bedrooms, a private pool area and plenty of outdoor space, the villa is well suited for families.

Several beachfront restaurants line the Gigaro coastline within a short stroll, and a supermarket with an in-house bakery is just a few minutes away by car.

Yes, the villa is equipped for both heating and cooling, so it's comfortable to stay year-round.

We'd love to share our favorite place with you.

We fell in love with this area years ago, during holidays with friends — and in 2023 we began the adventure of renovating an old house. After more than two years of work, our Maison de la Mer is finally finished, and we love sharing this special place with people who feel the same way.

When we're not indulging our love of interior design or poring over architectural drawings, we live in Munich with our two daughters. Nora is a dentist specialising in endodontics, and Tilman advises companies on automation & robotics.
